Untitled - Because I Couldn't Think of A Good One

I have the first job interview of the year this morning.  I almost half way hope it doesn't work out just because I don't know what my work load with school will be like.  On the other hand, I could really use the money.  I just keep telling myself that whatever happens is for the best and not to worry about the future too much.  If I worry about it, I'll become overwhelmed and hold myself back.

My father surprised me last night when he asked to look at the next semester's classes when they become available.  Because he's a senior citizen, he'd only pay $5 a credit.  He wants to take a few astronomy classes.  This surprised me because initially, he didn't seem overly supportive of me going back to school.

Did you hear the big news?  It's going to be one wild time in Blogville so you don't want to miss it!  It's a little unclear who challenged who exactly but Mr. Pip and Bunny will be racing on February 5th for the title of World's Fastest Dog.  I don't know Bunny but my boys are personal friends of Pip's so we're rooting for him all the way.  Be sure to mark your calendars for the big day, it's going to be "The Match of the Year!"

Ah yes, money vs. workload.
I know it well.
Good luck at the interview, no matter what you decide.

I don't know whether to wish you good luck on your interview or not... I guess I'll just say that if you want it, I hope you get it, and if you don't... well than I hope you don't get it!

Hope the interview goes well and your schedule meshes with little stress. I remember working and going to school. It wasn't fun, but it was worth it in the end. Fingers and Paws crossed.

Good luck with the interview. Maybe it will all work out since you seem to be on a good roll lately.

We love both Pip and Bunny - tough to pick a favorite.

I was thrilled to see that interview news - until I realized your heart wasn't in it!

If I could go to school for $5 a credit I'd be a permanent student. :P)

I understand being nervous about working while going back to school, I worked two jobs while at college and I was always so envious of those who didn't have to work to just get by.

$5/class is an amazing deal. Astronomy sounds like fun. Too bad he wasn't supportive at first though (I'm assuming he is now?).
