1. Have you ever been arrested?
No, thank God! I probably could have been, but never got caught. I'd like to think I've made a lot of changes in my life and wouldn't do anything like that now. No, I'm not going to share my past indiscretions with you.
2. In what ways would you like to change the world?
If I could, I would require everyone to be nice to one another and to animals. No bullying or abuse.
Everyone would make a living wage. People who earn tips, such as waiters and waitresses, would all be paid minimum wage. I know people who make less than minimum wage and are expected to make up the difference with tips. That doesn't always happen. Tipping is not required, so not everyone does.
People would be required to recycle. I don't do nearly as much as I could for the environment, but I feel bad now if I throw away something that could be recycled. I only started within the past year, and now do as much as I can.
Everyone would be required to at least graduate high school. I did, and still struggled to find a job. I can't imagine how much harder it would be if I hadn't. I'd push higher education a lot more too. School isn't for everyone, and I get that. Everyone needs an education though.
There's a lot more I'd do, but it's too much to list here. And I wouldn't want to offend anyone that may have opposing views.
3. Has a book ever brought you to tears?
Oh yeah, many of them have! The most recent one was Lone Wolf by Jodi Picoult. I love her books and this is her newest one.
I did really well, until about the last 10 pages or so. It's about a man who's in a coma and the doctor's don't think he'll ever come out of it. The family has to decide whether to let him stay the way he is or to let him go. My father wasn't exactly in a coma, but was in a coma-like state the last 2 days of his life. The book brought some of those memories back.
4. Show and tell. What comes to mind first when you see this picture? Or tell a story if it reminds you of one.
I love butterflies! I even got one tattooed on my back. Seeing this reminds me of a trip my mom and I took to the zoo last year. We got to see the Butterfly Exhibit, which I'd never been able to check out before. I loved it! There were tons and tons and tons of butterflies everywhere and several of them landed on me. There were so many varieties, many of which I'd never seen before. The cost was totally worth it, even if I hadn't gotten to see anything else at the zoo.
9 showed me some love:
I would require everyone to be nice also:)...I think butterflies are so pretty...I have not been in jail, thankfully
I definitely go along with everything you said in answer 2. It would be nice if people were like that without the world changing.
I love Jodi Picoult books too.

That butterfly exhibit sounds wonderful - I love when they land on you like that. Great questions! One of my followers (Desmond from My Life with Desmond) was really interested in your doggie swap for next year, I told her to get in touch with you, hope you do it again next year!
Hey Wylde One!
Wow, great list! I like learning more about you and your changes to the world would be so great. I sure wish you could make those things happen. :)
Grr and Woof,
Sarge, COP
That butterfly picture is beautiful but it doesn't make me think of a story.
I am very much glad to hear that you have never been arrested.
WE LOVE Butterflies TOO
My mom loves butterflies to, she has a butterfly/cat on the top of her foot.
Love it! Just for the record, I've never been arrested either:)
Hey Sprinkles,
Thanks for the little bit of insight into YOU :) You have a kind heart.
